What do we do?
Yokai is a quantum-resistant secure communications and collaboration platform for the digital age (the Platform). Please note that the Platform is currently in Beta, so occasional imperfections may occur. We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal data and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
1. About this Policy
This policy explains the data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your privacy rights (the Privacy Policy). The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the meaning as set out in our Terms and Conditions. We may modify this Privacy Policy. If we substantially modify the Privacy Policy, we shall place a notification on our Platform. In addition, we shall notify registered users in case of a substantial modification via email. If you are not a registered user, we advise you to consult the Platform and this Privacy Policy regularly.

This Privacy Policy covers our Platform and all other services or products we provide (the Services). It applies to you as one of the following Users: a Client or visitor of our Platform.

We process personal data based on grounds outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for purposes such as account management, running campaigns, payments, business protection, communication, customer service, data analytics, marketing communication, legal compliance, and job applications.

We retain different categories of data for varying periods. Financial Data is kept for 7 years, Application data for 4 weeks if not hired, Marketing Data until opt-out, and other data as long as necessary for the specific Service.
